Silo Extractor - Feeder

Intended for continuous extraction - withdrawal of raw materials from silos, transport and feeding of the end consumer, which in this case can be: boiler in boiler room, presses of various purposes, mills, vibrating screens, etc.

We deliver silo extractors - feeders as part of the silo, with their own drive. We select the extractor drive depending on: investor requirements, operating conditions, type of material and capacity. All our extractors are characterized by high reliability in operation. We offer solutions for material extraction from both round and rectangular silos.

In our production program we have perfected four types of extractors:

Rotary extractors: type I.P 10/4 – AB; and type I.P 8/2 – AB intended for extraction of dry raw materials from silos of smaller capacities up to 50 m3,
Vertical extractor MIK 44-AB is intended for work in extremely difficult conditions, external silos, wet raw materials (sawdust, chips, etc.) for silos of larger capacities with diameter up to 10 m and height up to 16 m. The operation of this type of extractor is fully automated,
Hydraulic extractor H-AB-10 intended for extraction of wood waste with moisture up to 50% most often from rectangular or square silos. The extractor is reliable and fully automated so it requires no supervision. The extraction capacity of this extractor ranges from 1 – 25 m3/h.
